Material and Profile Engineering

Huazhijie profiles are formulated from 100% virgin vinyl with no recycled content and no lead. The compound carries UV inhibitors, impact modifiers and stabilisers, with DuPont TiO2 at 10 parts per 100 for non-chalking performance and US or German brand pigments for colour stability. Raw materials are traceable through the production record.

• Surface behaviour: the non-porous, smooth finish resists chewing and scratching far better than splintering timber, and does not rust as metal does.
• Thermal range: the material is rated for service from -40°C to 70°C, covering unheated kennel buildings and covered outdoor runs.
• Hygiene: a hose rinse handles routine cleaning; mild abrasive cleaners are used for stubborn staining, and most paint or marker marks lift with ordinary detergent.
• Structure: heavier-wall posts and rails combined with notched rails increase pull-out resistance at the joints.

OEM and ODM orders are part of normal production.
