Custom Height PVC Sign Frame

When the board is larger than a standard poster, the frame grows with it. The Custom Height PVC Sign Frame uses a 4" x 4" x 82" post with a flat cap and a 2" x 3-1/2" x 60" rail, and both height and width can be produced to your drawing. This is the variant most often specified for multi-site rollouts where every frame must match one fixed sign format.

Material and Formulation

Sign frames are extruded from the same compound we run for fence profiles: rigid PVC resin plus UV inhibitors, impact modifiers and stabilizers, with no lead and no recycled content in the wall. Titanium dioxide carries the UV load, which is what keeps a white frame from chalking and dulling after a full summer in direct sun.
