Material and Profile Construction

Profiles are extruded from 100% virgin PVC with no recycled content and no lead in the formulation. The compound carries UV inhibitors, impact modifiers and stabilizers, plus titanium dioxide at 10 parts per 100 for chalking resistance.

Application Fit — Pool, Balcony and Garden Barriers

The closed-picket profiles — HBA, HBE and HBF — suit pool perimeters where a continuous visual barrier is wanted. HBC's 7/8" x 3" picket and handrail rail suits deck edges, steps and walkways where the top rail doubles as a handhold.

Pool barrier rules differ by country, state and municipality, covering minimum height, ground clearance, picket spacing and gate hardware. We build sections and gates to the dimensions a project's barrier specification calls for. Extrusion, Fabrication and Quality Control

Production runs through six controlled stages: extrusion, cutting, drilling, notching, packaging and storage. An independent quality-control group inspects each extruder's output hourly and pulls additional random samples across the shift.

Installation, Site Conditions and Post Setting

Posts are set the same way as wood posts, and where local practice is to concrete wood posts, vinyl posts are concreted to the same detail. Pre-routed posts take the rails directly, pre-notched rails take the pickets, and caps go on once the run is levelled.
