The systems suit work where fencing goes up quickly and comes down just as fast: construction perimeters, parking and warehouse traffic lanes, trade shows and fairs, event boundaries and temporary paddocks. Panels stay light enough for two people to carry and rigid enough to hold a straight line without constant re-setting.
Every family uses the same lead-free vinyl formulation, but height, rail count and post mounting differ, so the selection normally follows the site rather than the material.

The tallest of the three, this system uses a 4" x 4" post pre-mounted on a steel post plate and a 68" x 32" panel with two hooks. It is the configuration we recommend where a visible, continuous barrier has to separate pedestrians from vehicles or mark a hazard zone, and where the panel must roll up for transport between sites.
A 30" picket panel with twelve pickets on standard spacing gives an open, decorative line that reads well in public spaces. The lighter 2" x 3-1/2" post and PVC post plate keep each section easy to handle, which matters when a crew is repositioning dozens of panels during a show build or teardown.
Three rails at 36" height create a visible, impact-tolerant enclosure for horses and livestock without the rust and splinter risk of metal or timber. Sections pack at 0.04 CBM, so a full penning layout travels in a fraction of the space a comparable steel panel set would need.
Small-format white PVC picket and boundary panels are also available in compact sizes such as 2 m width by 1 m height for tighter layouts and lighter duty.
Our temporary panels are extruded from lead-free, 100% virgin vinyl with no recycled content, so the profile keeps its wall thickness and colour through repeated handling. The formulation carries 10 parts per 100 of non-chalking titanium dioxide for UV protection, together with US or German brand pigments and domestically sourced PVC resin, all traceable back to batch.
Standard sections ship in White, Tan, Grey and Cream, and we build to project dimensions rather than forcing a catalogue size onto a layout. Because we run our own extrusion and secondary machining, a new profile or picket spacing is a tooling and scheduling question, not an outsourced one.
Production runs through a fixed sequence — extrusion, cutting, hole drilling, notching, packing and storage — with each stage handled in-house so that a change in one step does not wait on an outside vendor. An independent quality-control group inspects every extruder's output hourly and pulls additional random samples across the shift.
That routine catches wall-thickness drift, colour variation and machining errors before panels are bundled, which is what keeps a second order matching the first one delivered.
Before a temporary fence order is released, we verify section dimensions against the approved drawing, confirm colour against the master sample, test-fit hooks, plates and rails, and count components per section. Loading plans are checked against the container type so the quoted quantity is the quantity that actually fits.
Panels, posts and hardware are packed as complete sections so a crew can open a bundle and start installing without sorting loose parts. Section volumes run from 0.04 CBM for the horse fence to 0.166 CBM for the roll-up panel, and we quote loading quantities against the container you plan to book rather than a generic figure.
Standard production for a 40HQ order is listed at roughly 7 to 10 days, with the schedule confirmed at order review. Our products ship to Canada, the USA, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and we handle OEM and ODM programmes for distributors building their own range.

Three standard families are produced: a 39" x 78" roll-up boundary panel on a 4" x 4" post with steel post plate, a 30" x 72" portable picket panel with twelve pickets, and a 36" x 72" three-rail horse panel. Compact white picket and boundary panels are also made in small formats such as 2 m by 1 m, and customer-made heights and widths are available.
Yes. The roll-up system uses a pre-mounted steel post plate and the picket and horse systems use a PVC post plate, so sections stand on asphalt, concrete or decking without excavation. On soft ground, posts can be fixed the same way timber posts would be in your region.
Section volumes are 0.166 CBM for the roll-up panel, 0.05 CBM for the portable picket panel and 0.04 CBM for the horse panel. We calculate the loading quantity against your specific container and confirm it in the quotation rather than quoting a generic number.
We run OEM and ODM programmes and hold more than 500 PVC profiles. New fence profiles and styles can be developed from a drawing or a physical sample, with colour matched to a submitted reference. Branding and packaging requirements are built into the order specification.
Orders are supported by our CE, RoHS and UL94 certification, SGS and ISO 9001 quality-system records, and a 30-year limited warranty on vinyl fence products.
