Our vinyl compound is built on rigid PVC resin with UV inhibitors, impact modifiers and stabilisers, using 100% virgin vinyl throughout and no lead. Titanium dioxide is dosed at 10 parts per 100 with DuPont non-chalking TiO₂, which is the main defence against the surface chalking that dulls cheaper PVC fencing after a few seasons outdoors.

Configuration Options and Custom Builds

Standard sections ship in White, Tan, Grey and Cream at 36 in × 72 in. Beyond that, we build to the drawing: height, width, rail count, post plate detail, cap style and colour can all be adjusted, and gates can be produced to match the run. We hold more than 500 PVC profiles and accept both OEM and ODM orders, including project design work where a venue needs a specific look or a distributor needs its own packaging and labelling.

Installation, Handling and Site Interfaces

Sections arrive assembled, with the post already mounted on its PVC post plate, so site work is positioning and fixing rather than fabrication. Two people can walk a section into place, and the plate gives a defined interface for ballast, ground anchors or a fixed base depending on the surface and the wind exposure.
