Our formulation uses DuPont TiO2 and US or German brand pigments, and the compound is lead-free throughout.

Installation Sequence

1. Set posts to the layout drawing, using the pre-routed holes to confirm orientation before backfilling or concreting.
2. Slide the bottom, middle, and top rails into the routed post holes, with the aluminum insert seated in the bottom rail.
3. Feed the tongue-and-groove boards into the notched rails from the open side of the section.
4. Close both ends with the 1" x 1" U-channels.
5. Fit post caps and hang gates on the prepared hinge posts.
