Rail, Post and Panel Configuration

The four rails define this model. Each rail is a ribbed 1-1/2" x 5-1/2" profile cut to 94 in and notched before packing, so the rail seats into the post routing and resists pull-out once assembled. Posts are routed at the factory to the position they will occupy in the run, which removes the on-site drilling that slows a long boundary installation.

Extrusion, Notching and Quality Control

Our production sequence runs extrusion, cutting, drilling, notching, packing and storage inside the same facility, so a section is never handed between suppliers between steps. An independent quality-control group inspects each extruder's output every hour and carries out additional random checks across the shift. Because rails are notched and posts routed before packing, the fit that matters on site is verified before the kit leaves the plant.

Installation follows the same logic as a wood fence. Posts are set first — we recommend treating vinyl posts the way wood posts are treated locally, so where posts are cemented in your area, cement the vinyl posts as well. Rails then drop into the routed post holes and the notched ends seat against the post wall, and post caps are fitted after the fence is assembled.
