Gates, Posts and Complete Fence Assembly

A complete fence is ordered as sections plus posts plus gates. Gate leaves are built in the same picket profile and colour as the run, and the hinge and latch posts are routed at the factory so the leaf swings on the intended plane. Where a run turns a corner or tees into an existing line, the corner and 3-way posts are supplied pre-routed to the drawing rather than as blanks.

Matching PVC fence gates are produced alongside the panel order, which keeps colour batch, wall thickness and cap style consistent between the run and the opening.

Material, Fire Performance and Compliance Evidence

The HAA1 profile is extruded from 100% virgin PVC with no recycled content and no lead, and it is not coated — the colour runs through the wall rather than sitting on the surface. Titanium dioxide at 10 parts per 100 and traceable pigments from US or German suppliers are used to control chalking and colour drift under UV exposure. The formulation is rated V-0 for fire performance, and the finished system is documented for service from -40 °C to 70 °C.

Certification documentation for this product covers SGS, CE and ISO 9001, and the company holds CE, ROHS and UL 94 documentation. The customs classification for the fence is HS code 3925900000. A 30-year limited warranty applies to the finished system.

Manufacturing and Quality Control

Production runs through six controlled stages: extrusion, cutting, drilling, notching, packing and storage. An independent quality-control group inspects each extruder's output every hour and carries out additional random checks, so wall thickness, notch position and colour are verified during the run rather than only at final packing.

Raw materials are traceable back to their supplier batch, which allows a specific production lot to be reviewed if a project raises a question after delivery. Sections are packed to protect routed edges and notched faces in transit, and loading plans are calculated from the 0.08 CBM section volume so container fill is known before the order is confirmed.

Installation and Site Interfaces

• Post setting: treat PVC posts as you would wood posts — where local practice is to concrete wood posts, concrete the vinyl posts to the same depth.
• Section insertion: rails slide into the routed post holes and pickets into the notched rails; no cutting or drilling is required for a standard layout.
• Gate posts: specify the heavier post option and confirm swing direction on the layout so routing matches the hinge side.
• Thermal movement: leave the recommended clearance at rail ends so the section can expand and contract across the service temperature range.

Maintenance and Serviceability

Routine care is a garden hose rinse. Stubborn marks come off with a mild abrasive cleaner of the type used on fibreglass baths, graffiti with ordinary detergent, a pressure washer or paint thinner, and residual spots with 400-grit sandpaper. Because the components are mechanical, a damaged picket, rail, post or cap can be replaced individually without dismantling the run.

Replacement pickets, rails, posts and caps are supplied in the original colour and profile, and the same extrusion platform supports the HAA2 special-shaped picket fence where a project later extends with a different top detail.

Do the posts need to be set in concrete?

We recommend treating vinyl posts the same way as wood posts. Where concreting wood fence posts is normal practice in your area, concrete the vinyl posts to the same depth and diameter.

Yes. Gates are made to match the HAA1 line in the same profile, colour and cap style, and the hinge and latch posts are routed at the factory so the leaf swings on the intended plane.

What is the production and delivery position?

Production for a 40HQ order is quoted at approximately 7–10 days. Because section volume is 0.08 CBM, we calculate the container loading plan with the quotation so quantity, packing and freight are agreed together.
