Deqing Huazhijie Railing & Fencing Co.,Ltd. is a PVC fence manufacturer based in Deqing, Zhejiang, near Shanghai, producing extruded vinyl fence profiles since 2003. Height and width

Standard height is 48" and standard width is 96". Both are variables rather than fixed points — different heights and different widths are available, and we adjust picket length, rail length and picket count together so the panel stays proportional rather than simply stretched.

Colour

The HAA2 is produced in White, Tan, Grey and Cream. Pigments are sourced from US or German brands and are traceable, which matters when a repeat order has to match an earlier shipment.

Post routing and run layout

Posts are pre-routed as Line, End, Corner, 3-way or blank. Supplying the routing from the factory removes the most error-prone step on site and keeps rail heights consistent across a long boundary. Blank posts are available where a run terminates against a wall or a structure.

Caps and gates

New England, Flat and Gothic caps let the same panel read as traditional or contemporary. Matching gates are produced for the HAA2, so the entrance detail follows the fence line instead of breaking it. Gate hardware and post reinforcement are confirmed against the gate leaf width at quotation stage.

Where the HAA2 Fits

The HAA2 is a semi-open boundary. The picket pitch gives a defined edge and a clear sightline through the fence, which suits front boundaries, garden divisions and perimeter definition where full screening is not the objective. Typical installations include:

Material, Climate and Fire Performance

The HAA2 is extruded from 100% virgin PVC with no recycled content and no lead, and it is supplied uncoated. Titanium dioxide at 10 parts per 100 is used for non-chalking performance, so the surface holds its colour under UV exposure instead of powdering.

• Water: the material does not absorb water, so it does not rot, swell or support termites
• Temperature: rated for service from -40°C to 70°C
• Flammability: V-0 rated formulation
• Impact: high impact resistance with useful elasticity, so a knocked picket flexes rather than shattering
• Maintenance: a garden hose rinse handles normal soiling; a mild abrasive cleaner suited to fibreglass handles stubborn marks

Production and Quality Control

Production runs through extrusion, cutting, drilling, notching, packaging and storage, all inside our 4,800 m² facility. Because the profile, the picket holes and the post routing are produced on the same line sequence, the fit between components is set before the goods leave the plant.

An independent quality-control group inspects each extruder's output every hour and carries out additional random checks. Raw materials — PVC resin, TiO2 and pigments — are traceable, which is what allows us to reproduce a colour and a wall thickness on a later order. The HAA2 is covered by SGS, CE and ISO 9001 certification, and the company holds CE, ROHS and UL94 certification for its PVC products.

Installation and Site Interfaces

Assembly follows the same sequence as a wood fence, with the preparation already done. Rails insert into the routed post holes, pickets drop into the notched rails, and post caps go on last. We recommend treating vinyl posts exactly as wood posts would be treated in the same location — where local practice is to set posts in concrete, vinyl posts are set in concrete.

• Confirm post spacing against the 96" section width before digging
• Use the aluminum insert in the bottom rail on long spans and commercial runs
• Reinforce and brace gate posts according to the gate leaf width
• Allow for thermal movement at rail ends rather than forcing components tight
• Keep the routed faces clean and free of concrete splash during post setting
