Deqing Huazhijie Railing & Fencing Co., Ltd. has produced PVC fencing since 2003 at our extrusion plant in Huzhou, near Shanghai. The Scalloped Top Profile and Its Application Fit

The scalloped top is formed by pickets that rise and fall in a smooth arc across the section, tallest at the centre. It keeps the open, see-through character of a traditional picket fence, which suits front boundaries and garden edges where a solid panel would close off the view.

Every HAA3 section is supplied as a kit. The standard build below is what we quote unless a project calls for a variation.

Picket spacing drives the notch positions in both rails, so spacing changes are made at the tooling and routing stage rather than on site.

Material Formulation, Fire Behaviour and Climate Range

Huazhijie profiles are extruded from rigid PVC resin compounded with UV inhibitors, impact modifiers and stabilisers. The formulation is 100% virgin vinyl with no recycled content and no lead, and carries DuPont non-chalking TiO2 at 10 parts per 100 to hold colour under UV exposure.

• Fire behaviour: V-0 rated profile
• Service temperature: -40 °C to 70 °C
• Moisture: does not absorb water, so no rot, swelling or termite damage
• Wind: designed for normal wind loads; actual performance depends on fence style, post setting and rail configuration

Installation, Post Setting and Site Interfaces

The system installs like a timber fence, but arrives pre-cut and pre-routed. Posts are routed at the factory for their position in the run, rails are notched to the picket spacing, pickets drop into the routed rail holes, and caps are fitted last.

Set posts the way timber posts are set locally — where wood posts are normally cemented, cement the vinyl posts to the same depth and diameter. The aluminium insert in the bottom rail is specified for commercial runs, higher wind exposure and gate-adjacent sections.

Quality Control and Acceptance Evidence

Production runs through extrusion, cutting, hole drilling, notching, packing and storage. An independent quality-control group inspects each extruder's output hourly and carries out random checks, and the PVC resin, TiO2 and pigments we use are traceable to their source.

Ordering, Packaging and Delivery Scope

Ordering follows one build rule: section + post + gate = complete fence. Each section occupies 0.08 CBM, which we use to calculate 40HQ loading, and standard production for a 40HQ order runs about 7–10 days.

Sections ship as flat kits — rails, pickets and posts bundled separately for site assembly, with caps and hardware packed with the posts. We also extrude PVC fence profiles and accessories for fabricators who assemble locally, and we take on OEM and ODM work, developing new profiles and styles from customer drawings or samples.
