HAE2 Garden Used Fence: Virgin PVC Picket Sections from Huazhijie

Deqing Huazhijie Railing & Fencing Co., Ltd. has been extruding PVC fence profiles since 2003 from our plant in Huzhou, near Shanghai. The HAE2 garden used fence is our garden-height picket system: a 100% virgin PVC section built on pre-routed posts, pre-notched rails and 7/8" x 3" pickets, delivered as a complete panel kit with all rails and pickets included.

The range suits residential garden boundaries, front-yard definition, estate and park perimeters, and light commercial landscaping where a traditional painted-picket look is wanted without rot, termites or repainting. Sections ship in White, Tan, Grey and Cream, and matching gates are available for driveways and side access.

What Ships in a Standard HAE2 Section

Every HAE2 section is a kit rather than a loose bundle of profiles. The schedule below is the bill of materials we quote against, together with the options we build to order.

Reading the HAE2 Specification

The dimensions in the schedule are the working point of the fence, so it is worth being precise about what each one controls on site.

• 48" height sets the garden and front-yard scale. It defines the 39" picket length and the rail positions; other heights are produced on the same profile family.
• 96" width is the section module between post centres. Rails are supplied at 94" and pre-notched so they seat into the routed post pockets without site cutting.
• 7/8" x 3" picket is the visible face and wall of the picket. Fifteen pickets at standard spacing give the classic picket rhythm; wider or narrower spacing changes both the appearance and the material count per metre.
• 2" x 3-1/2" rails carry the span between posts. The bottom rail accepts an aluminium insert where a stiffer, more commercial section is required.
• 4" x 4" or 5" x 5" post — the heavier profile is normally specified for taller sections, gate posts and longer unsupported runs.
• 0.08 CBM per section is the packed volume used for container loading calculations.

Material Formulation and Extrusion Control

HAE2 profiles are extruded from 100% virgin PVC with no recycled content and no lead. The formulation uses DuPont TiO2 at 10 parts per 100 for non-chalking UV protection, together with US or German brand pigments and domestically sourced PVC resin, all traceable back to the incoming batch.

Extrusion, cutting, hole drilling, notching, packing and storage run in sequence under one roof, which is how the routed post pockets and notched rails stay matched to the picket profile.

• Uncoated PVC carries a V-0 fire rating.
• Service temperature range of -40°C to +70°C.
• Quality system evidence: SGS, CE, ISO 9001, ASTM and TUV Global Manufacturer certification.
• Independent quality-control group; each extruder's output is inspected hourly with additional random checks through the shift.

Configuration Options and OEM/ODM Work

Because the profiles are extruded in our own plant, the HAE2 is a starting point rather than a fixed catalogue item. We build to order on height, width, colour, picket profile, picket spacing, post size and post routing.

• Post routing: Line, End, Corner, 3-way or blank, so a run turns corners and terminates cleanly without field drilling.
• Post caps: New England, Flat or Gothic, with the HAG crown cap for picket fence as the decorative top option.
• Picket style: the HAE1 traditional dog ear picket uses the same section logic with a different picket top.
• Gates: matching single and double gates fabricated from the same profiles and colours.
• OEM and ODM: more than 500 PVC profiles are in production across the plant, and customer-specific profiles and sizes are developed on request.

Installation, Interfaces and Site Conditions

HAE2 is designed for straightforward assembly: posts arrive pre-routed, rails arrive pre-notched, and pickets drop into the rail pockets. Post caps are fitted once the fence is standing. The same sequence applies whether the work is done by a homeowner or a fencing contractor.

• Set posts in concrete where local practice cements timber posts; vinyl posts are treated the same way.
• Confirm post centres against the 96" section module before digging.
• Gate posts carry the gate load and are normally specified in the heavier 5" x 5" profile.
• Wind performance depends on fence style, post installation and rail configuration; we confirm post spacing and footing detail against the project's exposure.
• The aluminium insert in the bottom rail is specified where extra rigidity is needed on long runs.

Quality Assurance and Acceptance Checks

Inspection happens at the extruder, not only at final packing. Each extruder's production is checked hourly, with random pulls through the shift, so profile dimensions, colour and surface finish are caught before the section is assembled.
