Profiles are extruded from 100% virgin PVC with no recycled content and no lead. UV inhibitors, impact modifiers and stabilisers carry the weathering performance, and the titanium dioxide system is what keeps the surface from chalking under long sun exposure. Raw materials are traceable, including US DuPont TiO₂ and US or German brand pigments.

Vinyl posts are set the same way as wood posts in the local market; where concreting wood posts is standard practice, vinyl posts are concreted to match.

We confirm the loading quantity against the container size you nominate and issue the loading plan with the shipping documents.

Maintenance, Spare Parts and Long-Life Support

Maintenance is deliberately light: a garden hose rinse handles normal dirt, a mild abrasive cleaner handles weather staining, and a pressure washer handles heavier build-up. Damaged pickets, rails, posts and caps are supplied as individual replacement parts rather than whole sections. Fence and railing systems carry our 30-year limited warranty, and installation video guidance is provided so that fabricators and site crews work from the same assembly sequence we build to.

New profiles and styles are developed from customer drawings, and OEM or ODM requests are handled through the same extrusion and tooling route as our catalogue sections.
